Kenyan marathon debutant Njue wins in Hokkaido

Kenyan Cyrus Njue had a victorious start to his marathon career winning the race in Hokkaido Japan on Sunday (29 August).

Kenyan’s Cherogony, Kigen, Cherop Ethiopian Tadessa shine in Madrid, Hamburg

Kenyan Thomson Cherogony and Ethiopian Deste Girma Tadessa were crowned men’s and women’s winners at the Madrid Marathon in  the Spanish capital on Sunday.
Cherogony established a course record in 2:11.27. He earlier won the Bilbao Marathon last October. Tadessa winning time was 2:34:39.
